I’m an average middle aged guy, working a full time job, and trying to impart some words of wisdom based on extensive research and my own experiences, good and bad. In my time, I’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts, read dozens of books, listened to hours of audio-books, and attended at least one course, all in an attempt improve the quality of my own living and those around me. By this point I’ve got a ton of practical experience on what will and won’t work for the average human, usually by trying some dumb stuff first myself.
It’s not all about health and fitness though. While some effort is involved, this isn’t a blog about turning you into an Iron-Man competitor, it’s about turning you into a slightly better, more productive, healthier and happier version of yourself.
So join me as I try to make small improvements here and there and figure out what’s worth the effort and what isn’t, it’s all about the balance after all. Hopefully you learn something along the way!
